These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Ungutoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "ungutoto") governing your access to and use of the website located at ungutoto.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the Platform.

By accessing ungutoto, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members.

Ungutoto is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and related gambling services. Our primary market is Malaysia, and all transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.

To register and use the ungutoto Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal incapacity under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of ungutoto, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, terminated, or self-excluded on the ungutoto Platform without formal reinstatement.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently being treated for a gambling disorder or addiction and are not using the Platform in contravention of medical or professional advice.

Ungutoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any of the above requirements may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any accrued balance not yet withdrawn.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one registered account on the ungutoto Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, identities, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited. Ungutoto employs technical and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and funds held therein may be permanently forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your membership. Providing false or misleading registration details — including date of birth, name, address, or contact information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Ungutoto strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify us immediately at support@ungutoto.cam if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Ungutoto will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.4 Account Currency

All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Ungutoto does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are converted to MYR at the applicable rate at the time of transaction.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Ungutoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC/USDT). Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The standard minimum deposit amount is RM30, though specific promotions may carry higher minimum deposit requirements. The standard minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet methods and RM100 for bank transfers. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

5.3 Processing Timeframes

Deposit transactions are typically credited instantly. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): 5–30 minutes under normal conditions.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 30 minutes to 4 hours during banking hours; longer during weekends and public holidays.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT): 10–60 minutes, subject to network confirmation times.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if KYC verification has not been completed or if the account triggers a security flag. Ungutoto is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your ungutoto account must originate from a payment source that is legitimately owned by and registered in your name. Ungutoto reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means will result in immediate account suspension.

5.5 Withdrawal to Original Source

Ungutoto applies a withdrawal-to-source policy where practicable. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be paid out via an alternative method subject to verification.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ungutoto are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion type. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly communicated at the point of offer.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new first-time depositing players only. Each player is eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and loyalty rewards are governed by the specific terms of each promotion. Ungutoto reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to crediting any bonus.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Ungutoto strictly prohibits the following conduct in relation to bonuses:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once.
• Using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee fulfilment of wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit bonus structures.
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

Ungutoto reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not utilised within the validity period specified for each offer will expire and be removed from your account balance. Typically, welcome bonuses carry a 30-day validity period from the date of credit. Refer to individual offer terms for applicable expiry windows.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

Ungutoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds due to technical error, "palpable errors" (manifest errors), or bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within the game interface or betting markets. Individual account bet limits may be adjusted by ungutoto for risk management purposes, including the imposition of lower limits on accounts with unusual betting patterns.

7.3 In-Play (Live) Betting

In-play bets on live sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, and UFC markets, are subject to a brief delay to prevent abuse. Ungutoto is not responsible for bets placed after the official close of a market due to network delays on the Player's side.

7.4 Slot Games and RNG

All slot games hosted on the ungutoto Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game and are consistent with the figures published by the respective game providers. Ungutoto does not modify RTP settings beyond those provided by game suppliers.

7.5 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer game results are determined in real time by human dealers in a live studio environment. In the rare event of a technical disconnection during a live game, ungutoto's system will attempt to complete the round based on the last verifiable game state. If the round cannot be completed, the bet stake will be refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ungutoto Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors or bugs — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support and will not be paid out.
• Chargebacks and fraudulent payment disputes — initiating a chargeback with a payment provider for a valid transaction made on the Platform.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process, transfer, or obscure funds derived from illegal activity.
• Impersonation of another player, ungutoto staff, or any third party.
• Match-fixing and insider information — placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of sporting events.

Ungutoto employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, ungutoto reserves the right to void all bets associated with the violation, forfeit the account balance, permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Ungutoto is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard compliance requirement for online gambling platforms. Completing KYC is mandatory; it cannot be waived or deferred indefinitely.

9.1 Required Documents

Players must typically submit the following for KYC completion:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, displaying your full name and residential address.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from ungutoto.

The ungutoto name, logo, and branding are registered trade marks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these trade marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ungutoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if ungutoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Ungutoto does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or defect.
• The results of games or sporting events will meet your expectations.
• Any specific jackpot, bonus, or promotional outcome will be achieved.

In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages are not permitted, ungutoto's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

Ungutoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks initiated without legitimate grounds.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Risk management decisions based on unusual account activity.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player following successful KYC completion. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.

Ungutoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the amendment. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter substantive rights) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The date displayed at the top of this page ("Last Updated") indicates the most recent revision to these Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Ungutoto operates as an online entertainment platform accessible to Malaysian users and endeavours to comply with applicable consumer protection and data protection standards relevant to its operations.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at support@ungutoto.cam. Ungutoto will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedies.
